MEET THE ATTORNEYS
MICHAEL D. CHECHANOVER is a founding partner of Rosado, Chechanover, Bayrasli & Dudley. He has a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Oneonta and received his Law Degree from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Chechanover started his legal career as a Law Assistant in the NYC Civil Court. He serves on the Board of Directors of the NYS Workers’ Compensation Bar Association and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group. He is a member of the NYS Bar Association, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives and is Vice Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Queens County Bar Association. Mr. Chechanover has lectured to other attorneys and doctors on Workers Compensation Issues.
ALEXANDER ROSADO is a partner with Rosado, Chechanover, Bayrasli & Dudley, where he devotes his practice to representing the rights of injured workers and disabled persons in Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability and Pension law. Mr. Rosado received his Law Degree from Touro Law School. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Masters degree in Public Administration from John Jay College, City University of New York. He has served as President of the Latino Lawyers Association. Also, he serves on the Board of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Bar Association, Injured Workers’ Bar Association, and the Workers’ Compensation Alliance. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association; National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representative; Queens County Bar Association and other Bar Associations. Mr. Rosado is the recipient of the Outstanding Pro Bono Service award by the Legal Aide Society. He is the author of a published article on Immigration and Workers’ Compensation. He has lectured before Unions, Civic and Medical groups.
ERCUMENT BAYRASLI is a partner of Rosado, Chechanover, Bayrasli & Dudley. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra. Mr. Bayrasli is an experienced attorney, particularly in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability law. He is a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Bar Association, and the Injured Workers Bar Association.
MARlA DUDLEY was named a partner of Rosado, Chechanover, Bayrasli & Dudley in 2011. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and obtained her law degree from St. John's University School of Law. Ms. Dudley has successfully practiced law in both New York and Washington and is an active member of the New York State Bar. Ms. Dudley currently handles all aspects of No-Fault Collections for Doctors and Medical Providers, including the litigation and arbitration of no-fault claims.
EMILY C. GRAJALES is an associate at Rosado, Chechanover, Bayrasli & Dudley. She is a graduate of Fordham University. She received her law degree from CUNY Law School at Queens College. In conjunction with the firm's partners, she has participated in continuing legal education courses on Workers Compensation. In addition, she has co-authored an article on Workers Compensation and an article that appeared on the New York State Bar Association Website. Ms. Grajales practices in the areas of Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability.
